Perfect for curling up with a good book chosen from one of the many that fill the shelves and conveniently located on the main level, the quiet solitude of the library offers the perfect atmosphere for reading, catching up on work from the office, or a even challenging game of chess with a friend or neighbor.
Garden
Beautifully landscaped in traditional English style, the Mayfair Tower Garden is located just off the clubroom and main lobby. Take a moment to relax and enjoy the sun or join your neighbors at the grills for a picnic. The garden provides our residents with a peaceful oasis in the heart of a bustling metropolis.
Conference Room
Take working from home to a whole new level. The Mayfair Tower conference room provides a conference table with comfortable seating for 6, a monitor that conveniently connects to a laptop or other compatible media device for formal presentations, as well as a phone equipped for conference calling.
Clubroom
Located just off the main lobby, the clubroom at Mayfair Tower has a beautiful view of the Tower’s English Garden. Equipped with a 60” LED smart TV as well as an adjacent bar and kitchenette, the clubroom is very well-suited for small gatherings and parties or for just relaxing and watching TV.
